Do you carry your own insurance?

Yes, commercial general liability. We will send the certificate, and name you as additional insured where your subcontract requires it, before anybody turns a key.

Will you work under our schedule and super?

Yes. On a GC's site we work to your sequence and your superintendent, and we keep our own daily log of what was done, which you are welcome to a copy of.

Can we get a capability statement?

Yes. Ask and we will send the current one with equipment, insurance limits and recent site work, rather than leaving a stale PDF on a website.

If we cannot be there when you need us, we will say so on the call instead of holding your schedule hostage for a week.
