By requesting a quote, scheduling a service, or using our website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

Our services are primarily available in Franklin County, Pennsylvania; Washington County, Maryland; and Frederick County, Maryland. Service availability in specific areas may vary. Contact us to confirm service availability at your location before scheduling.
All quotes provided by Curb's Property Services are estimates based on the information available at the time of the quote. Final pricing may vary based on actual conditions encountered on-site. We will notify you of any significant price changes before proceeding with work.
Prices are subject to change without notice. Promotional pricing and membership discounts are subject to their own terms and conditions and may be modified or discontinued at any time.
Curb's Property Services offers a membership program that provides members with discounts on services. Membership terms, pricing, and benefits are subject to change. Members will be notified of material changes to the membership program. Memberships are non-transferable and may be cancelled by either party with reasonable notice.
Services are scheduled based on availability. We reserve the right to reschedule services due to weather conditions, equipment issues, or other circumstances beyond our control. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of any rescheduling as soon as possible.
If you need to cancel or reschedule a service, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept payment by cash, check, and major credit cards. Invoices not paid within 30 days of the due date may be subject to a late fee of 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance.
For recurring service agreements, payment terms will be specified in your service agreement. We reserve the right to suspend services for accounts with outstanding balances.

Curb's Property Services carries general liability insurance. In the event of damage to your property caused by our negligence, please notify us in writing within 48 hours of the service date. We will investigate the claim and respond within a reasonable timeframe.
We are not responsible for damage to unmarked underground utilities, irrigation systems, or other hidden property features. We are also not responsible for pre-existing damage or conditions.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Curb's Property Services shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to our services or your use of our website, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Curb's Property Services, its officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with your breach of these Terms or your negligence or misconduct.
By providing your mobile phone number to Curb's Property Services, you consent to receive text messages (SMS) from us regarding appointment reminders, service updates, and promotional offers. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. Opting out of text messages will not affect your ability to receive services.
You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others. You may not use our website to transmit any harmful, offensive, or illegal content, or to attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.
All content on our website, including text, images, logos, videos, and graphics, is the property of Curb's Property Services or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Franklin County, Pennsylvania.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website with a new effective date. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining Terms will otherwise remain in full force and effect.
