We're building the kind of property company we'd want taking care of our own homes: one that turns up, knows the place, does the work properly, and is still around years from now.
Relationships, not one-off jobs.
Most people meet a new contractor for every job on their property, and every one of them starts from nothing. We’d rather be the company that already knows where the water collects, which bed you replanted, and how you like the edges done.
That’s why so much of what we do is year-round care. Mowing in the summer, cleanups in the fall, snow in the winter, the same people coming back, noticing when something changes, and telling you before it becomes a problem.
Craftsmanship matters to us for the same reason. Work you’re going to live with for years should be done as if we’re going to see it again. We are.
A tight radius, on purpose.
Most complaints about a property company are really complaints about scheduling, somebody didn’t turn up, or turned up days late. That usually traces back to a service area stretched further than a working day can cover.
So we drew a circle instead of claiming a region: 15 miles from Greencastle, 24 places in Pennsylvania and 30 in Maryland, and nothing outside it. If your property is outside the circle, we’d rather tell you than take the job and serve it badly.
