Facility Services · Maintain it
The work that fallsbetween trades.
Painting, drywall, turnovers, punch lists and repairs. One local team for commercial property, so the small work stops needing four phone calls.
Why this division exists
Every property manager has the same list: a unit to turn before Friday, a hallway that needs painting, a door that will not latch, a punch list from an inspection. None of it is big enough for a specialist, and all of it has to get done.
That work usually goes to whoever answers, which is how a property ends up with eleven vendors and no accountability.
Facility Services exists so one relationship covers it. It is deliberately commercial: apartments, offices, retail, institutions and the people who manage them.

Who it’s for
Two ways people come to us.
Property managers
One number for the work that keeps falling between vendors.
- Turnovers to a date, not to a maybe
- Punch lists closed in one visit where possible
- The same people who already handle your grounds and snow
- One invoice trail instead of eleven
Commercial owners
Keeping a building presentable without a facilities department.
- Painting and repairs on a schedule that suits the tenants
- Repairs before they become complaints
- Exterior and interior under one relationship
- Work done outside business hours where it matters
Asked and answered
Before you call.
- Do you do this for homeowners?
- No. Facility Services is for commercial property: apartments, offices, retail and institutions. For a home, it is our Design + Build and Maintenance divisions you want.
- Are you licensed for electrical or plumbing?
- No, and we do not pretend otherwise. This is painting, drywall, turnovers, punch lists and general repair. Licensed trades stay with the licensed trades.
