No. Maintenance is billed per visit and there is no cancellation notice period, you can stop at any point without owing us anything further. We would rather keep the work by doing it well than by making it hard to leave.

What happens if it rains on my day?

We move you rather than skip you. A wet lawn cut badly is worse than a lawn cut a day late, so the route shifts and we tell you when we are coming instead.

Do you do commercial maintenance as well as residential?

Yes, and commercial is mostly a consistency problem rather than a scale one, the same standard, the same day, every week, so nobody has to check. Tell us the site and we will quote the visit.

Why do you change HVAC filters?

Because we are already there. On properties we visit regularly it is a two-minute job that otherwise gets missed for a year, and enough people asked that it became something we simply do.

What this covers

Maintenance is the least dramatic thing we do and the one that decides what a property looks like the other fifty-one weeks of the year. It is also the work where reliability matters more than skill: the difference between a good result and a bad one is almost entirely whether somebody turned up.

Mowing is the spine of it. Leaf removal is the autumn version of the same idea, and it is worth doing properly rather than late, because leaves left on a lawn through a wet November do real damage to the grass underneath them rather than just looking untidy.

We also change HVAC filters on properties we already visit. It is an odd thing to find on a landscaping list, and it is here because it is genuinely useful to the people who ask for it, if somebody is already coming every week, the filter is a two-minute job that otherwise gets forgotten for a year.

It is billed per visit. There is no contract to sign and no notice period to give: if you want to stop, tell us and we stop. A subscription is available if you would rather not think about it, but it is not the default and it is not the thing we push.
