Snow Management · Residential & Commercial
We come out at two inches
Snow clearing across Franklin County, PA and Washington County, MD. The trigger is published, so you never have to wonder whether we are coming.
What this covers
Almost every complaint about a snow contractor is really a complaint about not knowing. Is he coming? Does this count? So the trigger is published rather than left to judgement: at two inches, we come out. You do not have to call and we do not have to decide.
That number is on this site so it can be held against us. It is the same trigger for every property we clear, residential and commercial, and it does not move because a storm was inconvenient.
Commercial snow is a different job from residential snow mostly in when it has to be finished. A lot is measured by whether it was clear before opening, which makes it a timing problem more than a clearing one, and that is worth saying out loud when we quote it.
There is no lock-in and no notice period. If a winter goes by and you decide you would rather do it yourself, that is the end of it.

Questions
Snow Management, answered
- At what point do you come out?
- Two inches. That is the published trigger and it is the same for every property we clear, you do not need to call and we do not need to make a judgement call about whether your storm counted.
- Do I have to commit for the whole winter?
- No. There is no lock-in and no cancellation notice period. Snow contracts that trap people for a season are common and we do not do it.
- Can you have a commercial lot clear before we open?
- That is the actual question with commercial snow, and it is what we quote against rather than the size of the lot alone. Tell us your opening time and we will tell you honestly whether we can meet it for your site.
