Why this division exists
Maintenance is a relationship, not a transaction. The value is in the crew knowing where the sprinkler heads are, which gate sticks, and that the strip by the mailbox burns out every July.
That only works if the same people come back, which is why we build routes tightly rather than chasing work across three counties.
It is also the division that earns the right to the rest: most of our project work starts as a conversation on a property we already look after.

Before you call.
- Is there a contract?
- No lock-in. Maintenance is quoted per visit or per season, and you can stop whenever it stops being worth it. We would rather keep the work by earning it.
- When do you plow?
- At two inches unless we have agreed something else with you in writing. Commercial sites can be set to a lower trigger.
