Working in St. Thomas Township
St. Thomas Township is a township, not a town centre, which usually means bigger lots and more ground per property, in Pennsylvania, 10.2 miles north-west of our base in Greencastle. Township properties tend to mean more ground per address, which changes what maintenance costs and makes the drainage questions bigger, so the quote is worth doing properly rather than over the phone.
We chose a 15 mile radius around Greencastle deliberately, for route density. Less time between jobs means more of the day spent on the work, and it means when we say we are coming on a particular day we can actually be there. Franklin County is where the business started and most of the route still sits.
Everything on this site is available in St. Thomas Township: the maintenance visits, the construction work, snow through the winter, and the seasonal jobs. We’re fully insured, which matters more on commercial sites than most people expect, and we’ll send you the certificate if you ask.
